       The Association’s governance structure, or blueprint for success, consists of the Commissioner and elected regional directors that serve to oversee sports rules and conduct. This group examines specific issues and makes recommendations to the Commissioner for final judgements.       

        This group also strives to promote student-athlete welfare through impartial and fair legislation and program initiatives.          Below are procedures and requirements for conducting tournaments and the official TCCAA Policies and Procedures manual..
